Working with a personal health coach means making your health and wellness a priority. Setting aside time on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to focus in on what matters most to you can be life changing. A great client-coach relationship hinges on fit and client commitment.
My clients and I always start with a free call, so we can get a sense of what it’s like to work together. In that call we begin to explore what you want to achieve, and why. The most successful clients may not know the answer to those questions in the beginning, but they all bring a deep desire to make a change and a willingness to work for it.
We will meet together via video chat (my preferred platform is Zoom) and may transition to meeting via telephone if you wish.
