More About Eve

Registered Nurse, Certified Health Coach, Holistic Consultant

Eve is an Edgar F. Shannon Award-winning graduate of the University of Virginia School of Nursing who has been practicing as a Registered Nurse in academic medicine for nearly 30 years. Eve began her nursing career in Critical Care and served as the board certified nurse leader in Infection Prevention and Control at UVa Health for 22 years, and as an Infection Prevention and Control Consultant for 4 years.

Eve is shifting her focus from serving the Health System to helping individuals explore, participate in, and take responsibility for their own health and wellness by supporting the body's natural ability to maintain healthy balance.

After effectively making lifestyle changes herself, the natural next step for Eve was to learn specific techniques to help others do the same.  Eve has attained certification through both the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching as well as through Duke Integrative Medicine.

For Eve it is deeply gratifying to partner with clients on their journey to their best health, whatever that may look like for each individual.
